What we do

We target unique multifamily and mixed-use development opportunities in high growth markets across Texas. We evaluate a market's economic drivers to understand the critical components for creating a community where people desire to live.

Our approach

We are hands-on investors/developers beginning with a thorough due diligence process with early engagement of all critical disciplines for a coordinated, informed approach to design, budgeting, and scheduling. We place a high value on integrity in our dealings with neighborhoods, cities, and our investors. It is our responsibility to establish a community within the urban landscape that will add long-term value.

We lead with integrity and insist on clear, concise communication between our investors and the development team. Our detail-driven process from pursuit to completion is the cornerstone of the Cover2 philosophy - demanding high standards of ourselves first, then our consultants and construction partners.

Players can’t just run to the ball in a Cover 2, even though that’s what their natural instincts tell them to do.
